Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the general management and control of the activities and affairs of The Entrepreneurs Center (TEC). The board is responsible for planning and formulating policy to guide the programmatic directions taken by TEC and ensuring that all actions taken by TEC are consistent with the bylaws. The board is also responsible for the overall financial viability of TEC. Members are selected based on their ability to be effective networkers, business assistance providers, business operations professionals, investment professionals, champions of business incubation, entrepreneurial success, business educators, big business representatives, stakeholders, and product or service assessment professionals.
