Completion of the Company Profile is a requirement for all TEC candidates. Additionally, you will need to submit your current business plan*, marketing materials (such as, brochures, catalogs, web page print-outs, etc.), and other applicable attachments (if available). Mail hard copy materials to 714 East Monument Avenue, Dayton, OH, 45402, Attention: Barbara A. Hayde, President. Please answer all questions in the space provided even when included in your business plan.
*If you have not completed your business plan, please contact TEC for assistance.
Please note:
- You cannot attach files to the on-line form. If you have other digital files you would like to submit, please attach to an e-mail note and send to: info@techincubator.org. Please put multiple files into a single directory, ZIP them up, and attach to your e-mail. Please be sure the files you send are in a format that can be read when received by TEC personnel. MSWord is the most acceptable.
- Please fill out the on-line form, only if you have all information at hand, as the form cannot be saved. It is possible to download the Company Profile in rich text format, save it to your local machine, and work with it in your word processor. When complete, save in rich text format or as an MSWord file and attach to e-mail for submission.
